Default can a lvl 10 complete the EOTN quests?

So i just got to the HOM. An I want to get more Monumental Tapestry for my HOM points. But right now im level 10 and i've been constantly dying while traveling to Varajar Fells. Right now im trying to complete the asura primary quest so I can get a tapestry.

Any ideas on how to do it at lvl 10?

BTW im really new to Guild wars

If you are not level 20, you must deal with the skills you are handed. EOTN is intended to be for lv20 users with max skill points, elites, max armor and decent builds. Play the existing campaigns and reap what they offer first.

Zenzai is right -- don't bite off more than you can chew. However, the Tapestries are tradeable, so if you're in an all-fire hurry, you could try to buy one from another player (people usually sell stuff like that in the Eye outpost).

That said, you will continue to earn achievements just by playing the game. You can enter them into your Hall at any point down the line, so long as you don't delete the character that has earned the achievement.
(I've been playing for 3 years and most of my characters don't have tapestries displayed -- I don't even think my main has all of them put up yet!)

I reckon a mistake many new players will do is trying to fill hom asap without getting used to the game properly.
Yes you get a buff if under lvl 20 in eotn but the price is having your attribute altered.
Theres many ways to get your lvl up - gunnars hold and dwarf bosing can be repeated till you reach lvl 20.
Tho it is possible to get thru eotn from lvl 10 - it will be a major pain and probably take longer than a lvl 20 chr with max armor and decent heros.
I think im 1 ahead of Star Jewel - i have 6 tapestries up on main chr only and i think only 1 has stuff on it but some of us are not going to rush around trying to get it done - hom will be fillable after gw2 release.

Just flag your heroes ahead and stay clear. If they keep dieing then you need to spread them out better and look over their builds. Also since you get the buff "Journey to the North", double check your attributes and that you are carrying proper weapons for it. Adapt your build to suit the skill point distribution you have been given. When you get to level 20, this buff will disappear.

I have to agree with Star Jewel -- there is no great hurry about tapestries. The HoM isn't going anywhere and your accomplishments don't expire if they aren't recorded immediately. You don't get any points just for hanging tapestries, and there is no statue for simply finishing EotN, so going to EotN first is counter-productive if your goal is to accumulate points.

The Honor monument offers over twice as many points as any other (18 vs 8) and does not require a tapestry. Since this monument will be your main source of points for 30/50, concentrate on finishing campaigns and other activities that produce Honor statues. This will get your character ready to tackle EotN at the same time, so you can pick up the tapestries for the others.

As all the others have said, just take your time. There is absolutely no point in rushing to get tapestries.

Now, since you are already in EotN, you could take a look at Kilroy Stonekin and use his quest to quickly level up to 20. Also, keep in mind you probably need to upgrade your armor.

Learn to play the game first. That's your best advice TBQH. Honestly what is the rush?

Just a warning to the OP: I think you'd do yourself a disservice by fast-tracking your level progression via Killroy or similar means. First of all because the Killroy quest uses a completely different skillbar and has its own learning curve that may just end up frustrating you, and also because it kind of cheats you out of the natural challenge and leveling experience in your campaign play.

However, if you insist on powering through to your tapestries (which is up to you!), make sure your heroes are using actual skills, not just their defaults, and do get up to an actual (not "Journey to the North"-adjusted) level 20.
I personally prefer the Factions Kaineng-area quests for leveling up. They give a lot of XP and, once you've activated "Seek Out Brother Tosai," mostly involve just running around between NPCs. This would probably be more newbie-friendly, since you can use heroes. And it still gives you real game practice.

Like being said above, Learn to play.
I know this sound harsh, but I got many characters, and any time when creating a new character, one of the first things I do when lvl 10 is get them to the HoM. It doesn't take any great skill to do so, so if you are having trouble, you are doing things wrong.

When venturing in EoTN keep a few things in mind.
1: though you are buffed as if your lvl 20, it's a very basic buff, so you are far from really being lvl 20.
2: Heroes are awesome and cool. Yes they are, but not at default. The henchman are skilled and geared up for EOTN, the heroes by default are not. So when using heroes, use good runed and skilled ones or take the henchman.
3: When getting frutrated by not be able to get past point a or b, quit. To be honest, for me as an experienced player at lvl 20 eotn main quests are very easy and i complete it in like 6 hours max. So don't waste your time in EOTN, it is ok, to try it but when failing, go back to the normal campaigns,

another question: Do you have max armor? If you are dying a lot you probably have not maxed out your armor--there is an armor crafter in boreal station with max states for armor for all professions.

If I remember correctly, EotN was initially intended for level 20, and later, level 10+ was given access with attributes buffed to level 20.

My recommendation, once you have the heroes Vekk, Ogden, and Gwen, return to the chapter you started in and complete it. Then you can return to EotN with better skills, armor, weapons, and experience to complete it easier.

I am sure you don't open a book you have never read and jump to the middle of it to start reading it. Try to resist doing it in a game new to you. The titles will accumulate in your Hero Panel, and they can be added to the HoM at anytime, Even if you complete everything before adding them.

Enjoy the game at a pace comfortable to you. Then when you reach the more challenging areas, it will be less frustrating.
